People wear blue light glasses to “block or filter the high-energy blue light coming from digital screens,” according to WebMD. The thought here is that looking at screens and getting too much blue light could cause headaches, eye strain or other issues.
Throughout history, we had a natural light source from the sun. Now, as technology continues to develop we look at computer screens more often. That’s led to concerns about getting unnatural levels of light, especially at night, which can impact sleep.
But do they work?
