There is now a way to add a website to your TikTok! Even if you don’t have access to be able to do this right now, don’t worry – this post will guide you through exactly what you need to know. Here’s how to add a clickable link to your TikTok bio.
First thing is to check if you have the feature available. Open up your TikTok app and go to your profile. Once you’re there, click ‘Edit profile.’

If you have the feature available you will see a space right under your bio that says ‘Website:’

That’s where you can add a URL which will show up on your profile. Now, if you don’t have this feature available you can either way for it to rollout, or you can see if you can access it following these steps.

- Download the app TestFlight. This app lets you test beta versions of certain apps.
- Go into the settings tab on your TikTok app and click ‘Join TikTok Testers.’
- You can then sign up to test the new version of the app, which would give you access to the link in bio section. However, you may also get a warning, “This beta isn’t accepting any new testers right now.” If that happens, then you’ll have to wait to try it out.

Is this for the Pro Creator account or buisness? I downloaded the beta version and it doesnt give me the website option. Just a non profite option.

Hi Sam, It may not work depending on your account and the update. I noted this at the bottom of my post: You may also get a warning, “This beta isn’t accepting any new testers right now.” If that happens, then you’ll have to wait to try it out. — I hope that helps, good luck!

Hi, thanks for the info! The only thing I’m worried about, is when I click install, it says replacing the tok tok app with the test version may lose the apps data!? Surely I wouldn’t lose my videos and followers right!?
Thanks. Jamie

Hi Jamie! It shouldn’t erase your videos and followers. I think you run a small risk when trying new things, but again I think you should be OK. Good luck!
