
Canva has a range of visual design options, from Instagram layouts to infographics. But one thing Canva is especially useful for is creating presentations for work. There are a few different options. Here’s what they all do.
Talking Presentation
With this option, you can record a video of yourself explaining the different slides. Start by building the presentation and the slides first, and then click “present and record.” Canva will then allow you to record a video of yourself explaining each slide. You can download the video once you’re done or share it as a link. You can see me here bottom left:

Mobile-first
This one is pretty self-explanatory. Canva will give you an array of mobile-friendly layout options to choose from with this format. And by mobile I mean 9×16 or a vertical format:

Presentation
“Presentation” and “Presentation (4:3)” are both traditional presentations, with one sizing at 16×9 and the other at 4×3:

Brainstorm
The “Brainstorm Presentation” option gives you layouts that are designed for brainstorm sessions. You’ll find slides like this that allow you to copy/paste and edit sticky notes and reactions:
