New 2022 emojis, including heart hands and bubbles

New emojis always get us excited. Apple released a ton of new emojis in 2022 for iOS 15.4.

Take a look at the picture below. You’ll see a range of options, including bubbles, an x-ray, heart hands and a melting face.

“The new emojis included in this beta release are drawn from Unicode’s September 2021 recommendations: Emoji 14.0,” according to Emojipedia.

There are seven new smiley faces, making this the largest addition of new smileys since 2017.

The new emojis also include gender-neutral people. Emojipedia writes, “Since 2019 vendors have been making considerable efforts to offer all people emojis with three different gender variants.”

There are new hand gestures and handshakes as well. If you look closely you’ll also see a low battery emoji, a disco ball, a wheel, a lotus and a troll!
