Regular Amazon shoppers may be surprised to learn about the somewhat hidden part of the site. It’s also not easy to find – I often find it by Googling “Amazon Outlet.”

Items on the “sale rack” so to speak range from furniture to beauty to clothing and kitchen. You may want to spend some time taking a close look to find what you need as the items are often being updated.

Some additional tips for shopping on Amazon Outlet include looking right after a holiday for seasonal sales. Also, it’s a good idea to shop here with something in mind. Otherwise, you could wind up adding a ton of low-cost but unnecessary items to your shopping cart.

One thing I always do is check the price against other retailers before I click purchase. I like to be sure I’m getting the very best deal I can find before I buy something – especially online where it’s easy to make a quick comparison check.
