Comfy pants are a must! If you’re on video conferences from home, you can get away with a cozy pair of soft and stretchy pants.

Keep your legs stretched and active even while sitting with a desk exercise bike pedal.

A desk lamp for blue and yellow light is super helpful when adjusting your eyes to different times of day.

A webcam cover is a good idea to play it safe. If you’re hopping on and off calls all day you’ll want to be sure you’re not caught camera-unready.

In addition to a chair and desk, invest in a good pillow for your back.

A footrest is also something you may want to consider.

I have wrist issues so keyboards are key for my comfort (no pun). I like split keyboards, but you can try a number of different ergonomic-friendly options.

A mouse is just as important as a keyboard. this is my favorite mouse to use.
