If you accidentally deleted a post on Instagram that you now want to get back, then have no fear. Instagram’s recently deleted feature lets you bring back deleted posts for up to 30 days.
That means you have about a month to recover deleted files. Here’s how to go about accessing the feature.

Open your settings and and go to “Account:”

There you will see “Recently Deleted.” Click that to find your material.
The app notes:
When you delete posts, stories, IGTV videos and reels, they’ll show up here. Only you can see them. They will be permanently deleted after 30 days. After that you won’t be able to restore them.
So now you know how to use Instagram’s recently deleted feature to find material you may want to restore! Always think twice before erasing something, but at least you have more options now just in case. The only exception is that IG Stories only stay in this area for 24 hours, not 30 days. And after 30 days the rest of the material will permanently delete.
