The Headspace app offers guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, workouts, articles and videos. Each activity shows the amount of time it will take, so a user can plan how much time they want to spend.
calm
On Calm you can let the app know what you want to focus on, including topics like sleep, anxiety and self-improvement. It also offers relaxing music, breathing programs and stretching exercises.

Breathe is a meditation app that has more than 1,500 guided meditations, soothing sounds and inspirational talks.
insight timer
This app offers talks from neuroscientists, psychologists, and researchers from schools like Stanford and Harvard. You can browse among topics like leadership, relationships, kindness and stress.

simple habit
Simple Habit’s tagline is “calm anxiety in 5 minutes.” It’s all about focusing on what you need without devoting too much time. Of course, you can add more time too. Like the other apps, you can focus on self-improvement, sleep and reducing stress.
