The first time my husband and I found out we were pregnant we were so excited! And we really wanted to know the baby’s gender. I soon learned you could find out as early as six weeks with the SneakPeek At-Home Gender Test. P.S. This page may contain affiliate links. Please see my disclosure for more information.
I originally thought I’d have to wait until four or five months to find out the gender. Little did I know it’s now closer to 10 or 11 weeks. But by the time I was seven weeks, I’d already ordered the SneakPeek gender test after learning about it on mommy blogs. I found it easily on Amazon. There are two options for the test: the Snap or the Lancet.
The Lancet is the original device for the test and pricks your finger to collect your blood sample. The Snap is reportedly easy and pain-free. The site writes, “Just press it on your arm and you’re good to go!”

The Lancet is less expensive and isn’t so bad if you’re comfortable with pricking your finger. If you use this one, just make sure to read the directions. It was a little difficult for me to fill the tube after pricking my finger and I wish I’d been a bit more patient. But it worked out in the end.
Here are key takeaways for the SneakPeek gender test:
- Quick results: You can get the results in a few days, and even faster if you want to FastTrack it.
- The test says it’s 99.9% accurate using DNA found in mom.
- You can use it as early as six weeks into gestation. The kit can last for up to a year if unopened.
- The test is quick and only takes a few minutes.
- The results are guaranteed or you can get a full refund.
