
Being in pain is the worst. Chronic pain is something many people deal with day-to-day. I’ve had issues from my wrists to my neck to my back for a few years. I’ve tried a lot – from Advil to surgery. Someone recently suggested YouTube. Why hadn’t I thought of it before?!
I started spending time looking up stretches, and after practicing them I noticed a difference. Some didn’t work as well or I couldn’t feel much of a stretch. While others really hit the sore spots and I could tell were impacting my muscles in a positive way.

The catch here is you can’t just do it once, it has to become a repeated pattern.
My husband also got me a device you attach to your back that vibrates to remind you to have good posture. You connect it with your phone to help you monitor yourself throughout the day.

So aside from massages and your usual dose of whatever you do, see if stretching helps. And what better way than to watch it?
