Having more than one Instagram is a lot of work and it can divide your audience. Or it can increase your brand. So there are a few things to consider before deciding on having more than one Instagram account.

However, there are times when having more than one account makes sense too. In addition to considering your followers and audience, the biggest question to ask yourself is:
What will I be posting?
If you own a store or business you may want to have one account for you and one account for the business. You can specify a location for your business. And – this is the main point to consider – your posts will be different. While on your personal account you can post a variety of items, on your business account you may not show yourself much and will focus on items you’re marketing or selling.
