You can find free and intense workouts on Instagram. All you need to do is search for content creators who upload workouts, find what you like and go from there!
Here are some tips to get started.
Open Instagram and go to search. Type what you’re looking for – it can be anything from running inspiration to at-home workouts.
I like it when people use the carousel option to upload multiple clips of a workout so I can swipe through and get a whole range of options. It’s even better when they include text instructions over each part of the workout like this:

Look for variety when it comes to exercises. Give yourself choices so you don’t get tired of the same ol’ thing. I like to mix up weights and cardio, so I try to alternate between those options.
It’s also ideal to find people who upload somewhat often, so you can add new workouts to the mix.
Try different things! Maybe you want to take up boxing or another new sport. Searching on Instagram for videos and tips is a great way to get started. And since it’s free it’s also not a huge deal if you don’t like it – you can move on to something else.
Pro tip: Find workouts on Instagram in advance of starting your workout. You don’t want to waste time searching when you’re ready to go. Planning in advance is a big help.
