
I did it! I made my first $50 blogging. It took about eight months. Here’s how I did it and what you need to know.
I finally surpassed $50 on Google AdSense the other day. When I set up the blog I signed up for an account with Google and read up on installing ads.

First, on the Google account I chose where to display ads on my blog as well as how many would appear on a page or post. If you’re not an advanced user, be patient with yourself because it can be a little tricky.
Next, I had to install a few plugins like ads.txt and Easy Google AdSense to get it going on WordPress. Although it took a bit for me to set it all up, I figured it out and got the ads on the site!

One thing to keep in mind is to be patient with your estimated earnings. They don’t update right away. So if you don’t see it working fast, give it some time and check in a few days. You can monitor your estimated earnings on Google using a computer or download the AdSense app for mobile.

Now that I’ve had some success with Google, I am going to experiment with Media.net ads too to see if I can grow revenue more that way.
