I reread all seven Harry Potter books during the pandemic. And I have to say it was quite comforting. I used to love the Harry Potter books growing up. I’d seen all the movies, but it’d been years since I read the books.
My husband actually suggested we do it together. Guess who didn’t finish one of them?! But I got into it and it was a nice distraction during the pandemic. P.S. This page may contain affiliate links. Please see my disclosure for more information.

Here are all the books:
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

If you’re looking to reread a childhood favorite, here are some suggestions:
- Choose something that will hold your interest.
- Look for something with another component, like a film. It was a lot of fun to read each book and then follow it up with each movie.
- Do it with someone else. It makes it more interesting to have someone to talk to about it while you read.
