There are two programs you can use on Amazon to make money if you’re a content creator, publisher or blogger. The first is Amazon Associates and the second is the Amazon Influencer Program. P.S. This page may contain affiliate links. Please see my disclosure for more information.

The Amazon Associates Program lets you link to Amazon products and earn money using affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is a referral program: A user is paid a commission when someone clicks on the item they’re linking to.

The Amazon Influencer Program lets you make a storefront on Amazon where you list items you recommend to your followers. You get a commission when people buy items. You can also use affiliate links with this program.

Amazon says: “As a member of the Amazon Influencer Program, you are a content creator who provides recommendations to inspire your audience via social media. If you are a media company or a brand and want to drive traffic to Amazon, you should apply to the Amazon Associates Program instead.”
